About your photo  : For best results make sure your photo has backround between a person / animals head otherwise there is a chance you part of their head or face will not be on the slate (Ideally they need to be around 1cm from the edge of the photo).

Also please try and send the original photo from the camera/device it was taken on or if using a photo then please scan it in to a computer and then send it. Sending a photo of a photo will not achieve the best results. 

We will not be responsible for the quality of your finished slate if you send a photo that is of poor quality or low resolution. You can alway contact us before ordering if you have any concerns about the quality of the photo you have.

Please note : Due to these being natural slate, Slight variations in size, shape, texture and edge finish are completely normal and to be expected ,This is what makes each slate unique!
